Privacy Policy

At the time of your first appointment, you will be required to complete a confidential health history form. This form must be updated once a year or any time there are significant changes to your health history (ex. surgery, major illness). The information in your file can only be released with your consent or as required by law. In order to best serve you, I may discuss your case with other healthcare providers.

Cancellation Policy

Hey, We get it. Life happens.
However, as a two women owned partnership, 100% of our income comes from my valued clients (that’s you!). When you cancel on short notice, our livelihood is jeopardized. You are also taking an appointment slot away from someone else who could benefit from our care.

Appointment Times

Please note that the time you have booked is the length of your appointment, not the hands-on time. At your first appointment, we conduct a thorough intake interview where we cover your health history and your reasons for seeking massage therapy. We provide a detailed description of our treatment plan so there are never any surprises during your massage. we obtain verbal and written consent for your treatment.

Refusal of Service

For safety purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Intoxication
  • Derogatory or bigoted comments
  • Sexual or romantic advances
  • Illness or infectious conditions
  • Contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites)

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving massage.

Thank you for keeping our practice safe.
